Not even a series of heavy thunderstorms that interrupted electric service to the Rialto Arts Center and much of downtown Morrilton on a recent Saturday night, could dampen the enthusiasm of more than 400 Western Swing music fans that were jammed into the old theater to hear the world famous Bob Wills Texas Playboys and country singer Leona Williams and her band.   Rialto volunteer Bill Stacks who coordinates the annual fundraising concert, said fans from all over Arkansas and as far away as Florida, West Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Kentucky attended, and most visited while waiting  patiently for power to be restored.  Once the lights came back on, the veteran performers returned to the stage and played another hour, to the delight of their loyal fans.
